Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a temporary Consumer Relations Representative to join a dynamic team in California. This position will be 100% onsite at the Corporate office in Costa Mesa, offering an exciting opportunity for those with expertise in the tire industry. The role is temporary, lasting 3-4 months, and provides a chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the product line, including features, benefits, warranties, sizing, and applications.
  • Provide consumers, retailers, and dealers with a high level of service by responding to warranty claims-related complaints and inquiries.
  • Offer warranty information, advice, and assistance according to department guidelines.
  • Promote consumer satisfaction through the prompt resolution of disputes or warranty claims.
  • Maintain complete records of all dealings with consumers by accurate entries into the Consumer Relations Management (CRM) system.
  • Recommend adjustment policy credits according to department guidelines and initiate appropriate action to retrieve claim tires.
  • Inform internal inspectors, dealers, and distributors of all adjustment authorizations and specific details needed to complete adjustments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective writing skills and telephone etiquette, with a sense of urgency and a professional attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, especially in EDI processing, and Salesforce.com CRM system.
  • Ability to respond to high-volume calls and emails.
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Benefits

Minimum pay is $22 per hour.
